Use of the Software does not give you any rights of ownership or any intellectual property rights in the Software or trademarks and/or other proprietary information contained in the Software.
RESTRICTIONS. You agree not to modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Software or the Casino's servers or to create, publish or distribute derivative works from the Software. You may use the Software for online play only at the Casino. You agree not to create or provide any means (including, without limitation, emulators) through which the Software may be used by others.
NO WARRANTY. The Software is being delivered to you AS IS and the Company makes no warranty as to its use or performance. THE CASINO DOES NOT WARRANT THE PERFORMANCE OR RESULTS YOU MAY OBTAIN BY USING THE SOFTWARE, ASSOCIATED SERVERS, OR DOCUMENTATION. THE CASINO MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS, MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND DISCLAIM THE SAME TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. IN NO EVENT WILL THE CASINO BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY LOST PROFITS OR LOST SAVINGS, SUFFERED BY YOU BY REASON OF YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE OR ANY DEFECT IN THE SOFTWARE OR SERVER, EVEN IF THE CASINO HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY THIRD PARTY. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental, consequential or special damages, or the exclusion of implied warranties or limitations on how long an implied warranty may last, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
PRIVACY PRINCIPLES. There are times when the Casino may need to collect information from you through our Web site concerning your credit history and/or your hardware. The personally identifiable information gathered by the Casino will provide the Casino with information necessary to ensure that both the Casino's and your interests are better served and protected. The Casino is committed to protecting your personal information and respecting your privacy. This Agreement shall automatically terminate upon failure by you to comply with its terms. This Agreement may only be modified in writing signed by an authorized officer of the Casino.
TERMINATION. The Company may terminate your license to use the Software at any time, with or without cause, forthwith without notice. Upon termination of this agreement for any reason, you will immediately uninstall the Software from the computer in which it is installed.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT. This End-User License constitutes the entire agreement between us with respect to its subject matter and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, negotiations and discussions, whether oral or written, between the parties.
