2.4 The Casino reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason, to refuse membership to any applicant or to suspend or terminate an existing member’s playing privileges.

The Casino accepts no responsibility or liability for any losses or damages incurred by a Player arising from their participation or use of the Casino platform.
2.6 The use of automated systems, including but not limited to electronic, mechanical, or robotic devices, to make playing decisions is strictly prohibited. If the Casino determines that a Player has breached this rule, it may take corrective action, which may include, but is not limited to, account suspension, exclusion from future promotions, confiscation of winnings, and the reporting of such activity to industry databases of “restricted players.”
2.7 By participating in any game offered by the Casino, the player affirms that they understand the rules of that game. The rules for each game are accessible via the “Help” section on the Casino platform.
ACCOUNTS & PASSWORDS
3.1 Players are only allowed to have one JacksPay account per household.
3.2 Customers are responsible for keeping their account number, login information and password confidential and secure at all times and the player agrees not to hold the Casino liable for any losses or damage resulting from the Player's not keeping his JacksPay credentials confidential. Having a third party accessing the online Casino account is prohibited and considered as a violation of this agreement.
3.3 The player agrees to receive email correspondence at the email address provided on the registration process. Should the player prefer not to receive any of these emails, they may contact our support team to be unsubscribed.
3.4 The player also agrees to receive from the Casino printed material at their home address. Should the player prefer not to receive any printed mail, they may contact our support team to be unsubscribed.

PRIZES, WINNINGS & BANKING
4.1 The Casino reserves the right to request valid identification or documentation to verify a player’s identity before processing any deposits or withdrawals from the player’s Casino account.
4.2 All deposits must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal request can be made, unless otherwise stated.
4.3 Our goal is to process approved payments within 24 hours. Processing times may vary depending on payment providers, but we will always strive to ensure that players receive their winnings as quickly and smoothly as possible.
4.4 Most withdrawals require a minimum approval period of 24 hours. Accounts under review may experience longer processing times. VIP and loyal players may benefit from expedited approvals.
4.5 The minimum withdrawal amount is $25 (€, £, or Rx10).
4.6 Withdrawal options and limits may vary depending on your country or jurisdiction. Typically, global weekly withdrawal limits start at $2,500 and may increase based on account status and payment method availability. 4.7 Players are solely responsible for any processing or transaction fees associated with withdrawals.
4.8 Winnings will be voided if the player’s account is found to be linked to another account with unresolved chargebacks.
4.9 If the Casino determines that a player has used unfair advantages—such as automated software, system manipulation, or promotion abuse—the account will be suspended, and all balances and winnings may be forfeited.
4.10 Players who win substantial prizes that the Casino deems newsworthy agree to participate in related promotional events, as arranged by the Casino. Player privacy will always be respected in these cases.
4.11 The Casino reserves the right to publish a player’s first name and the first initial of their surname (i.e . “Mike R.”) in any announcement of winnings.
4.12 A player account will be classified as inactive after six (6) consecutive months of no activity (including login). Players will be notified at least thirty (30) days before this status change and informed of potential fees or consequences, as well as the option to withdraw the funds on the account. After twelve (12) months of inactivity, the account will be deemed dormant. Both inactive and dormant accounts are subject to a monthly administrative fee of $100 (or currency equivalent) or 5% of the total balance, whichever is greater. Once a dormant account reaches a zero balance, the Casino reserves the right to close it.
4.13 The Casino may close a player’s account at any time without prior notice. Any remaining balance or pending withdrawal may be credited to the player.
4.14 The Casino reserves the right to confiscate any balance or pending withdrawal under the following circumstances:
- The player holds more than one active account with the Casino.
- The name on the Casino account does not match the name on the payment method used for deposits.
- The player withdraws funds before fulfilling the requirements of a promotion.
- False or misleading account or identification information is provided.
- The player is under legal gambling age.
- The player resides in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
- Another individual is using the player’s account, with or without consent.
- The player is involved in fraudulent or suspicious activity, cheating, syndicate play, or use of malicious software or systems to gain unfair advantage.
- The player’s betting pattern indicates systematic exploitation of bonuses for profit.
- The player has engaged in fraudulent behavior such as creating multiple accounts or issuing chargebacks against the Casino or other gaming operators.
PRIVACY POLICY
5.1 The personal information that the player entered when registering at the Casino will be used:
- To confirm player's identity and activity under that name.
- By third parties when collecting sums of money owed by the player to the Casino.
- To report to proper authorities for prevention of any type of crime.
PROMOTION TERMS
6.1 Due to potential fraud risks, players from certain countries may have different bonus eligibility or wagering requirements than standard offers. Players can view the specific terms for their country by clicking on the promotion name within the cashier.
6.2 All promotions provided by the Casino are valid only during the time period stated in the respective promotional offer.
6.3 All times mentioned in promotional terms refer to Eastern Standard Time (EST).
6.4 Wagering activity for a promotion begins once the promotion has been credited to a player’s account.
6.5 Promotions assigned to specific players are non-transferable and must be redeemed within the time limit provided.
6.6 Bonus funds awarded through deposit match promotions are non-cashable unless otherwise stated in the promotion’s terms.
6.7 If a player has not made a previous deposit, a minimum deposit of $25 (€, £, Rx10) is required to verify the account holder’s identity before any withdrawal can be processed.
6.8 Winnings from Free Chips or other No-Deposit promotions may be reversed and re-credited to the player’s account upon request. However, the maximum cash-out limit remains as specified in the original promotion.
6.9 For no-deposit bonuses under $100, the maximum cash-out amount is $100 USD. If the no-deposit bonus exceeds $100 USD, the maximum cash-out equals the bonus amount unless otherwise stated. If no maximum is specified, the default maximum is the value of the no-deposit offer. For free spin bonuses without a stated maximum, the withdrawal limit is $100. Any winnings above the stated limits will be removed after payout processing.
6.10 Free or no-deposit bonuses (including free spins or free chips) cannot be claimed consecutively without a deposit of at least $25 between bonuses. If a player uses consecutive no-deposit bonuses without making a qualifying deposit, any winnings from the second bonus will be forfeited.
6.11 Any additional deposits made while a bonus is active will be subject to the terms of that active bonus. An "active bonus" means a claimed bonus that has not yet been completed—either by reducing the balance to exactly $1.00 (€, £, Rx10) or by cashing out after fulfilling the wagering requirements.
6.12 Promotions are designed to reward loyalty and extend gameplay. If the Casino determines that a player is exploiting promotions for unfair advantage, their promotional privileges may be revoked. Any associated promotional funds, winnings, or balances may be removed, leaving only the player’s original deposit.
6.13 Zero-risk betting strategies (e.g., betting on both red and black in roulette) are prohibited when playing with an active bonus. Violating this rule may result in voided winnings and removal of associated funds.
6.14 Players will not earn reward points from wagers made using free money, cashback, or free chip offers.
6.15 Players must request match bonuses before making a deposit. If forgotten, players may contact customer support for possible assistance; however, approval is not guaranteed.
6.16 It is solely the player’s responsibility to verify their eligibility for any promotion before depositing. If a player deposits while ineligible, withdrawals will not be permitted until the deposited funds have been wagered at least once (1x), regardless of any misunderstanding.
6.17 Players may request a review of their account if promotional access is denied. However, the Casino’s decision is final. Promotional eligibility is continuously monitored and may change over time. Eligibility changes will not be applied retroactively to restrict withdrawals unless fraud or abuse is suspected.
6.18 The minimum withdrawal amount for all casino account holders is $25 (€, £, Rx10).
6.19 The Casino reserves the right to deny withdrawals from deposits that have resulted in a chargeback.
6.20 The Casino may request identity verification documents or purchase agreement forms prior to processing any withdrawal. Required documents and submission instructions will be sent via email.
6.21 The Casino reserves the right to modify or withdraw any offer or promotion at any time, with or without prior notice.
6.22 In rare cases, and at its sole discretion, The Casino may adjust withdrawal processing times to review an account for possible fraudulent activity.
