RESTRICTIONS. You agree not to modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Software or the Casino's servers or to create, publish or distribute derivative works from the Software. You may use the Software for online play only at the Casino. You agree not to create or provide any means (including, without limitation, emulators) through which the Software may be used by others.
NO WARRANTY. The Software is being delivered to you AS IS and the Company makes no warranty as to its use or performance. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental, consequential or special damages, or the exclusion of implied warranties or limitations on how long an implied warranty may last, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
PRIVACY PRINCIPLES. There are times when the Casino may need to collect information from you through our Web site concerning your credit history and/or your hardware. TERMINATION. The Company may terminate your license to use the Software at any time, with or without cause, forthwith without notice. Upon termination of this agreement for any reason, you will immediately uninstall the Software from the computer in which it is installed.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT. This End-User License constitutes the entire agreement between us with respect to its subject matter and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, negotiations and discussions, whether oral or written, between the parties.
