How do I report a game issue?

No worries, every round and transaction you make is recorded in our database. If you happen to come across the error during your gameplay, please report to our our Support Team right away and provide them with the following information:

  • Name of the game
  • Stake Amount
  • Transaction ID
  • Any other games affected? 
  • What device were they using? (PC, Tablet or Mobile) 
  • What Model? (iPhone 7, 8, X, 11, 12 or Samsung s20, s21, Note) 
  • What operating system was used? (MacOS, iOS, Windows, Android) 
  • What browser was used?


If it’s possible to get a screen shot and the specific transaction ID by going to your account history, this will help expedite the investigation💨
