Where Can I Change My Password
If you know your current password and wish to change it, simply login to your account with your username and current password.
- Click your profile avatar (circle at the top).
- Click “Settings” in the drop-down menu.
- Select "Change Password".
- Click to have a password reset link emailed to you.
- Follow the steps in that email to change your password.
If you do not remember your existing password click "Login".
- Click "Password Recovery".
- Enter your email address associated with your account.
- Click "Submit".
- Check your email for our "New Password" email. In this email you will find your temporary password. If you haven’t received the email, please check your junk/spam or promotional inbox.
- Go back to the website and click “Log In”. Enter your username and the temporary password that was provided to you in the email.
- Click “Log In”, use the instructions above to reset your password to something that is personal and secure to you.
