    • Where Can I Update My Account Information

    Did you recently move or make a mistake when registering your account?

    Don’t worry—you can easily update your account information. Just log in and click on the profile avatar at the top right corner of the site.Step 1

    • When the page displays “My Profile”, click on “Settings” in the drop-down menu.
      Step 2

    • Click “Profile Settings” to launch the “My Details” page.
      Step 3

    • Update or change the necessary account information, then click “save” (top right of the page).
    If you need to update your name: please contact us via LiveChat and indicate that you would like to change the name on your account, you will be provided instructions to have your name updated.
