Player Messages Inbox - How it works?
JacksPay has improved the way you can access your notifications.
Introducing a new inbox 📥!
The inbox will display all lobby messages that are active. There is a notification bell 🔔 at the top of the screen. Once you click the notification bell, a menu will drop down from the top of the screen with:
- The title of the message
- First few descriptive sentences
- The date the message was sent
Note: all messages that have expired, will automatically be removed!
Messages are categorized in 5 ways:
- All: All messages, whether they have been read or not.
- Offers: All messages with a promotion/bonus associated with it.
- Payments: Any message regarding your cash out or methods.
- Notifications: Notice of events, new features, etc...
- Direct message: Direct messages from a support agent, or a VIP host (Coming soon)
If you click on the message, you will see the pop-up of the lobby message with the ability to scroll through all messages.
