What is my payment status?
Upon submitting your withdrawal request here is how you can access your request status:
Step 1: Login into your account
Step 2: click on your avatar
Step 3: Navigate to the "History" tab
Step 4: 1: Click on the "Withdrawals". 2: If you wish to apply date filters to your search, select the "From Date" and the "To Date", then click on "Change Date Range" button
Step 5: You will see the status progress of all your withdrawal request. If you wish to cancel, it must be before it reaches "Payment Provider".
