How to validate my identity manually?
If you are required to verify your identity manually, you will need to upload your documents directly through our website on a link that you will receive via email.
You will need to send 🖻:
- Front and back of government issued ID, (driver license, passport, etc…)
- Selfie holding it you government issued ID
- Additional information may be required
The verification process typically it takes up to 24 hours to complete and once approved, an email will be sent to your email address on file.
If you submit an ID validation prior to requesting a withdrawal please note that the process will take substantially longer.
