How can I check the status of my documents?
At any time, should you wish to view the status of your documents, you can do so by navigating to “My Documents” within your profile section and viewing the status next to your ID.How long does it take to verify my identity?
Verifying your identity can take up to 24 hours if the information provided is accurate and does not require resubmission.How will I know when I’ve been approved?
Once your documents have passed verification, you will receive an email with the subject line “ID Verification Complete”, as well as a message within the pop-up.Why was my document rejected?
- Common reasons for document rejections include:
- Photos are blurry
- Screenshots were submitted (screenshots of documents are not accepted)
- Documents are expired
- Edges of documents are not displayed
- Name mismatches across documents or differ from account
- Proof of address does not match residence
- Utility bill is older than 3 months
How can I ensure that my documents are approved?
- Ensure good lighting; no shadows or glare
- Ensure all text is clearly readable and not blurry
- Ensure your ID is valid and not expired
- Ensure documents are pictures, not screenshots
- Documents are not expired and issued within 3 months
I made an error uploading my documents. How do I replace or improve them?
At any time, should you wish to improve or replace your documents, you can do so by navigating to “My Documents” and clicking “Replace Document”.Is my information secure?
Yes, your information is stored on an encrypted server and never shared with third parties.Do I need to verify my account before playing?
We want to keep things simple for you 🙂When you sign up with us, we do not require you to verify your account unless our system detects specific information that needs confirmation.
